Arabella Wellness Center Terms & Conditions
1. Nature of Services
Arabella Wellness Center provides non-medical wellness services designed to support overall well-being. These services include, but are not limited to:
- Restorative yoga
- Stress management education
- Nutritional guidance
- Oral health education
- Emotional wellness support
- Prenatal/postpartum wellness support
These offerings are intended to complement—not replace—medical, psychological, or dental care provided by licensed healthcare professionals.
Clients are strongly encouraged to consult with their licensed healthcare providers regarding any medical conditions, diagnoses, or concerns before participating in wellness services.
2. Client Responsibility
By engaging with Arabella Wellness Center, clients acknowledge and agree to the following:
- You are responsible for disclosing relevant health conditions, injuries, allergies, or accessibility needs that may impact your participation.
- You understand that wellness services, including physical movement, may involve inherent risks.
- You agree to listen to your body, stay within your limits, and communicate any discomfort, pain, or concerns with your provider.
- You are responsible for consulting a licensed healthcare provider before beginning or continuing participation, particularly if managing a chronic illness, pregnancy, or injury recovery.
3. Informed Consent
- Arabella Wellness Center provides wellness services that are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or dental treatment. These services do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological conditions.
- Your participation is voluntary, and you may withdraw consent at any time without penalty.
4. Privacy and Confidentiality
Arabella Wellness Center is committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information shared through intake forms, sessions, or communications is treated as confidential and will only be disclosed under legally required circumstances, including:
- Imminent risk of harm to yourself or others.
- Compliance with mandatory reporting laws related to abuse or neglect.
- Legal subpoenas or court orders requiring disclosure.
5. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds
5.1 Cancellation Policy
- Yoga Classes: Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour prior to class to avoid forfeiting the class fee.
- Private Wellness Sessions: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid incurring a 50% cancellation fee.
- No-Shows: A full fee may be charged for missed appointments without prior notice.
- Cancellations must be made through our booking platform or by contacting our team via phone or email.
5.2 Rescheduling Policy
- Rescheduling is allowed without penalty if done within the required notice window.
- Late rescheduling requests may be subject to cancellation fees.
- Sessions may be rescheduled up to two times within the required notice period. Additional requests may incur a rescheduling fee.
5.3 Refund Policy
- Yoga Classes: Non-refundable. Cancellations made at least 1 hour before class may be rescheduled.
- Private Wellness Sessions: Non-refundable after completion. Sessions canceled within the required timeframe may be credited toward a future session.
- Packages and Memberships: Refund policies provided at the time of purchase.
- Workshops & Special Events: Non-refundable unless canceled by Arabella Wellness Center.
- Emergency Exceptions: Refunds or credits may be granted at the discretion of the leadership team in cases of illness, family emergencies, or severe weather.
5.4 Client Responsibility
Clients are expected to:
- Review all confirmation emails and calendar invites for accuracy.
- Communicate promptly regarding changes or cancellations.
- Respect providers’ time and fellow participants by following attendance policies.
6. Safety and Community Conduct
Arabella Wellness Center is dedicated to fostering a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all clients and staff.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services for anyone engaging in:
- Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination toward staff or clients.
- Threatening, violent, or unsafe behavior.
- Repeated disruptive conduct that negatively impacts the experience of others.
Clients are expected to treat all staff, guests, and spaces with care, integrity, and kindness.
7. Changes to Services or Policies
Arabella Wellness Center may modify services, policies, or terms at any time. Clients will be notified at least two weeks in advance of significant updates via email or announcements on our website.
8. Liability Disclaimer
Arabella Wellness Center and its staff are not liable for any injuries, adverse effects, or damages resulting from participation in wellness services. Clients acknowledge and agree that:
- Wellness services provided are not medical treatments and do not substitute professional healthcare.
- Participation in any service is voluntary, and clients assume full responsibility for their personal health decisions.
- Arabella Wellness Center, its instructors, and affiliated practitioners are not responsible for injuries sustained before, during, or after participation in wellness offerings.
Clients agree to release, waive, and discharge Arabella Wellness Center from any claims, demands, or liabilities related to their participation.
9. Payment and Billing Policies
- Accepted Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, PayPal, and other approved digital payment services through our online booking platform.
- Payment Timing: All payments must be completed at the time of booking to secure reservations for classes, private sessions, memberships, or workshops.
- Late Payments: Failure to submit payment before the session may result in loss of booking or denial of service until payment is resolved.
- Recurring Memberships: Clients enrolled in auto-renewing memberships will be billed on their selected renewal date. Cancellation of memberships must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.

10. Intellectual Property and Use of Materials
All educational materials, wellness guides, class content, and proprietary resources provided by Arabella Wellness Center are protected intellectual property and are intended for personal use only. Clients agree that:
- Materials may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
- Video recordings, digital wellness guides, and training content offered in workshops are for individual learning only and cannot be shared publicly.
- Unauthorized use of any materials may result in legal action or service termination.
