OUR STORY
As sisters, we are deeply connected to the roots of our upbringing on a humble farm in Mississippi. Raised in a close-knit community that cherished family bonds, we learned the values of surviving and thriving, diligence, and empathy from a young age. Our personal journeys through adversity and our focus on healing and growth have given us a profound understanding of the specific challenges women face in their pursuit of holistic well-being.
Motivated by this insight and driven by our shared vision, we founded Arabella Wellness Center Inc as a safe haven for women to heal and restore. Our mantra, "We are the women we serve," reflects our heartfelt commitment to supporting others on their wellness journeys with genuine care and understanding.

Natesha Smith-Isabell, Ph.D.
CEO & Co-Founder
As an Army Veteran and Co-Founder of Arabella Wellness Center Inc, I am devoted to holistic healing and care. After a medical discharge from the military, I turned to my faith and discovered a passion for helping others with similar experiences. This led me to a career in counseling, integrating psychological well-being with career development.
My international work, especially with students in the United Arab Emirates (U.A.E.) and Afghanistan, has enriched my approach. I focused on understanding their environments and relationships to improve their academic performance, connecting them with support services and offering coaching and advice.
My personal journey fuels my passion for supporting others, demonstrating that it is possible to emerge from hardship with newfound strength and purpose. Through my expertise and compassionate guidance, I inspire individuals to navigate their own paths of growth and transformation.

Latonia S. Smith, D.D.S.
Chair of the Board & Co-Founder
With a deep commitment to enhancing others' quality of life, my career journey—spanning roles as a General Dentist, Dental Assisting Instructor/Program Director, Dental Consultant, and now Co-Founder of a nonprofit—has been driven by passion and purpose. Each step reflects my heartfelt dedication to making a meaningful difference.
Starting in community health, I witnessed disparities in care and health education, highlighting the need for a new approach. I aim to empower clients to take ownership of their health by addressing root causes and providing integrative, client-centered care. Partnering with local healthcare providers, I ensure comprehensive treatment by connecting individuals to necessary resources.
My dedication is personal. I've felt the pain of inadequate care and being dismissed by healthcare providers. As a clinician and educator, I've faced compassion fatigue and burnout. These experiences have shaped my empathy and understanding, preparing me to lead a center that truly meets our clients' needs.
